Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

Hey Rich, I'm game. I can use the rest of this month to just get back in the swing of making it to the pool at least 3x each week. So . . . starting the 1st week of Feb?
Yes it will be fun. I have a meet on 1/28 and after that I need to get my front crawl going.
This isn't exclusive either, if anyone else wants in speak up...we can have a thread on it.
