Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

OK, did my first workout this morning at 5:30AM. Not too bad I must say. It was difficult not resting between sets but I will get used to it. The local Masters came in at 6:00AM and filled up the lanes alongside me. I will check back in when I get a few more weeks into it. In six weeks I hope to be knocking out that 1650.
