Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

I'll take you up on the support at the beginning. The build-up workouts aren't tough at first but they quickly ramp up. I want to avoid hitting that wall, especially around week four. I'll come here and beg for :help: if I feel like I am!
