Les- do not challenge Jim. Years ago I ripped the cover away from his identity...'Jim Borkowski' is just a veiled reference to his real name/title. His real name is 'The Bork' and he is a mostly-android machine intelligence sent to the earth's past to tip the scales against the future's Federation and the Starfleet. He is still recovering from his last battles with Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the Starship Enterprise, but when he finally mends he will set out on his ultimate mission: to subvert Earth's evolution into a starfaring civilization (thus weakening the Federation at a critical juncture) by promoting butterfly as a stroke that a rational human being would do (and as the future Federation would ban as a 'Tasteless remnant of barbarism') which would lead to a galactic boycott of Earth.
