Has anyone tried them? They are new and designed exclusively for breaststroke.
Last summer we had an assistant coach on our age group team that recommended them. She said they were great for teaching the correct foot position during the kick.
Sorry to hijack this thread but I wanted to let Terry know that I'll be in his town next Thurs. We'll be visiting my mother-in-law through the 24th. I'm planning on swimming Friday morning at the Aquanaut pool.
Oh and I see Northside HS is playing in the state champs tonight. I'm rooting for them.

Glad to have you down here Alison. I used to coach with the Aquanauts, and coached Northside HS swimming up until this year....taking a break to straighten some other things out!!! Looking forward to getting back in to coaching next year!!!!
