i noticed that after swimming for a while, i experience foot cramps. They are sometimes so painful that i have to stop swimming or just end my workout altogether. is there any way to get rid of them. They are really hindering with my workouts.

Bananas can be safe as they did not work for me as a solution for cramps :banana: neither any gatorade or similar drink, but I finally found a solution and that is exercising my feet, now I do foot weigths twise a week, I run a little when I can and I do stretching for five minutes before swimming and cramps are gone since two years ago.:groovy:
