Fabulous sprint sets

Does anyone have some great sprint sets (or entire workouts)? I personally love 50s on 1:30 all out ...

    I like doing sets of 25 all-out, 100 recovery on around 2:30, often 4x with sprints in IM order. I get enough recovery time that I can really sprint each 25, but not too much. I can usually predict my 50 stroke or 100 IM time in a meet pretty well using this.
