Fabulous sprint sets

Does anyone have some great sprint sets (or entire workouts)? I personally love 50s on 1:30 all out ...

I loved 8x50 @ :40 Free 8x50 @ :50 Stroke/ Choice 8x50 @ :40 Free 8x50 @ :50 Stroke/ Choice 8x50 @ :40 Free Adjust the interval accordingly, but here your goal is to be racing and just make the interval. I'm dreading the day my coach moves the :40 to :35. No rest between sets of ten. It's an awesome feeling to get through it. :woot: I also love the sets you guys listed where you get some rest and sprint all out (very, very fun, I agree). This is just a different kind of set to mix it up a bit - sprinting that requires some endurance at the same time. I'm a big fan of 12.5s as well. All out and perfect form. Pretend you're Michael Phelps or Gary Hall Jr. or insert swimmer of choice! And for you IMers - I love this simple set of 8x25 IM Order/ 2 of each stroke @ :30 My coach gives us this every day at some point in the practice. Finally, I don't like this, but it works well if you're results driven: 6 to 10 50s w/ stretch cord your choice of stroke @ 1:30 It's killer (I stink at this) but very beneficial.
