Does anyone else think this time of the year is the hardest to train? (holidays, middle of the season, cold, etc..) If so, what do you do that helps? I'm exhausted and having a hard time keeping my motivation up. Any suggestions?

It must have been in the 40's last night when I went to swim. I had never seen so much steam coming off the water. The steam combined with the senior age groupers doing sprint sets made for a very photogenic pool. The photographer in me wanted to go home and grab a camera but the athlete in me said to take your damn clothes off and get in the friggin water! I got in the water and busted out a rather quick but better than nothing workout.
