We've all had them, your suit rips during a start, you accidentally sneeze on Michael Phelps, you burp or fart on the starting blocks, etc. (none of those happened to me...knock on wood).

Once in practice I did a really bad flip turn and somehow went under the lane rope and started swimming in the next lane over - still haven't figured out exactly what happened.
