We've all had them, your suit rips during a start, you accidentally sneeze on Michael Phelps, you burp or fart on the starting blocks, etc. (none of those happened to me...knock on wood).

My most embarrasing moment (category: team):
Age 14. The club had been saving money to go to the Canary Islands for a combined training camp/team building/social activities trip.
First day at the pool. Several teams from other countries were there. It was really hot. Not a cloud in sight. ...then our (male) coach put on some sort of mini-G-string-thingie to get a nice tan all over his body!!! We were totally disgusted and we were mocked by the other swimmers where ever we went for the rest of the week....and yes he put those things back on for every practice we did (2 times a day)...yuck...
My most embarrasing moment (category: personal):
Age 15. Standing on the starting blocks ready to jump in for the warm up on a district meet event. Swim pants not the newest in my trunk, but not really the oldest either...they broke all across over my a** and I showed my little naked tush (and other parts as well) to the spectators standing behind me....very embarrasing indeed....especially in that age.
