We've all had them, your suit rips during a start, you accidentally sneeze on Michael Phelps, you burp or fart on the starting blocks, etc. (none of those happened to me...knock on wood).

OK new one not totally embarrasing but you guys might get a laugh.
I was practicing dives and 25Y sprints last night. I guess I lost concentration on one dive, and looked forward instead of tucking my head. There was a big splash and a sting. I got to the shower room a few minutes later to wash up and had a big red "slap" mark on my brow...
...hopefully the guard didn't notice.
