Hey guys, Ive been trying for about a week now to do a the drill where you float on your back and use your legs to swim but i can't seem to do it right. Can you give me some technique tips, how to propel the legs or what do i need to do to actually move. it is very frustrating. Thanks

ok well after getting no help here (don't worry, no offence taken) i've decided to go to the pool and attempt the drill until i succeed or my legs fall off. well... i still have my legs!! after about an hour and a half of endless tries and laps and almost given up, i decided to try once more and halfway through the drill i've noticed i'm actually moving on my own! oh, the excitement! to make sure i wasn't riding ripples from other lanes i decided to go a whole lap length (25 yards) and attempt to use only my legs as i'm floating with the hands behind my back. It took me a little over 3 minutes but i did it. By the third time it only took me a 1:20. great sucsesss! niiiiiiice!
