Is donating blood going to mess up my traning? What negative effects will it have?

I give blood everytime they come around to work. I've found that for a couple of days, two or three, you really will not be able to do what you normally do. I just gave a couple of weeks ago and did a practice the next day. I could tell, but it wasn't the worst practice I've ever had. I also gave blood once and did a meet two days later, that's not a good idea, I had a pretty bad 1500 time.
So if you're not going to have a meet give blood and practice the next day.
