Help needed to find a wetsuit for open water winter swimming

Hello. I am an open water swimmer in the Northwest and can't bear not swimming in the lake anymore. A couple weeks ago it was fine at 63, but it's getting colder, and in winter is about 48. Problem is I can't find a wetsuit; I'm a short and quite heavy woman, over 200 pounds; and don't see anything in my size. I'd like to swim in water as cold as 48 this winter. Any suggestions out there? I looked online; they have XXL men's but not women's it seems.
