After taking two weeks off from swimming (usually swim 5-6 days a week, 3000-4500 yds/workout). How long will it take to get back to where I was before taking the two weeks off?
Status so far:
Monday - 3500 - felt okay after 1500, felt sloppy and tired last 2000
Tuesday - 2600 - felt tired and weak the whole 2600
Wednesday - 2900 - felt smooth and fairly strong all the way through the 2900
Times for each day were comparable, just noticed the variations in how my muscles and lungs felt as noted above.
