After taking two weeks off from swimming (usually swim 5-6 days a week, 3000-4500 yds/workout). How long will it take to get back to where I was before taking the two weeks off?

I was out two weeks following "minor" surgery (as we like to say, it's only minor if it's not being done to you). No swimming, no dry land. It took me a full five weeks to get back to where I was.
