Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

I don't know if its been mentioned here already or not?.....but in addition to having a 200 and 400 medley relay, how about an 800 medley relay (200 of each stroke)? It would compliment the already existing 800 free relay....Swimmers already swim 200's in each stroke so it doesn't seem like a major stretch. I guess the U.S. would be heavily favored in that relay along with the other 2 medley relays though. Perhaps swimmers wouldn't want to swim it either b/c one 200 stroke race (Prelims and Finals) is enough for one meet?
