Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

    Hmm, that sounds a lot like my two arm backstroke turn. I was hoping there was some more graceful way to do it. Whenever I try to learn back crawl I end up with a shoulder injury, so I almost never swim backstroke, and when I do it is two arm. I haven't found a turning technique that feels reasonable yet, and have had several close calls with :frustrated: Surely one of those swimmers at world that was doing two arm backstroke had come up with some sort of reasonable turn? I wonder if they flip onto their front when doing non-IM turns...
