Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

Very well said, couldn't agree more ... it's the rough draft before the masterpiece ... just like first there was breaststroke, then it gave birth to fly and the big guy upstairs rested for all was right with the world ... \
Add banning open water swimming to my list, too ... blech!!
