Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

I told you I'm Switzerland on the breaststroke vs. fly debate. I am forced to appreciate both equally or suffer huffy indignation. So you can't ban me, youngster. Are you a butterfrogger too? It seem like butterfroggers are all breaststrokers too.
Fortunately, my son agrees with me. Nothing needed except freestyle. Right-on-man! Everything else, although quite lovely in appearance and exciting to watch, is string beans.
