Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

Leslie- 'butterfrog' is the problem word, an egregious misuse of the language, by those butterfliers jealous of the innate radiance of the beautiful stroke. They should be grateful that we offer to share a bit of our precious stroke to mitigate the unspeakable horror that is butterfly.
