Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

- Make the metric system the only standard. All pools in yards, whether it's for practice or competition, must be modified to fit 25m or 50m.
- No more expensive body suit for men. Only a brief is allowed.
