Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

By a strange coincidence I am 6'1". I understand George, why I looked taller: booksellers (now 'ex') can look immense in their natural habitat.
I would also be generous to those who take such offense at *** kick being allowed in fly: as long as it is 'grandfathered' to gradually be phased out so all 55 and over as of 2007 would still be allowed to do it...that would be fine.
