Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

I personally don't have any difficulty judging the BS turn, but I see inconsistancies in how other officials call it.
But as Alison said, it's difficult watch several lanes at once and out here it is sometimes necessary to watch 3-4 lanes. Even under the best conditions it's usually 2 lanes.
