Simple. You have absolute power to change any technique rules, start/finish rules, age up rules, sky is the limit as long as the rules pertain to swimming. What would you change and why?

FINA changed the wording because the French (the original language for the FINA rules) couldn't get it right (hence Peirsol's temporary DQ at the Olympics.)

I say ban FINA, Ban any regulating body, No speed limits on the highways, raise the speed limit in school zones, change the scale at my doctors office it reads too high.
Only allow Tim Hortons coffee at rest stops, get rid of the free coffee at the rest stops those free ones cost too much. Just added (Tim Hortons please only make Canadian Maple donuts and add more filling inside them)
Only allow Canadian Bacon to be served with bacon and eggs.
I have a few other things to change but I am afraid my list will be too long and I really have to get the Motor Home packed to go have my first margaretta since we ran out of Tequilla.
