The crocodile hunter Steve Irwin killed by a Sting Ray. Stabbed by the Ray in the chest. He was swimming on the great barier reef shooting a show.

I'm 100% with scyfreestyler on this one. Dancing around in front of a crocodile to provoke an attack just to make money as an actor is completely different than being a policeman.
