Today at our Masters practice I mentioned that Dennis Baker, who recently aged up into my age group, trains 10K/day. A teammate of mine, a 31 year old woman, remarked, "That's a lot of yardage for someone your age."

I'm also 48. My oldest brother gives us membership to AArP when we turn 50 for a present. I told him not to do it with me.
