Today at our Masters practice I mentioned that Dennis Baker, who recently aged up into my age group, trains 10K/day. A teammate of mine, a 31 year old woman, remarked, "That's a lot of yardage for someone your age."

Craig, retired only means retired, not old. Maybe they thought you would retire soon and swim USMS full time. Maybe even do some offsite training for Terry Laughlin.
