Today at our Masters practice I mentioned that Dennis Baker, who recently aged up into my age group, trains 10K/day. A teammate of mine, a 31 year old woman, remarked, "That's a lot of yardage for someone your age."

Speaking of Dennis Baker, how did he fare in his events at Stanford? It seems like he was supposed to be one of the shining stars in the butterfly events, the Ian Crocker of USMS if you will.
As for Gull getting old, I suspect that Dr. Oz would tell you that your real age is far under your calendar age due to your exercise and a healthy diet ( I assume you eat heart smart :D ).
