I will never forget seeing her swim at the Mission Viejo LCM Nationals last year.....I was so impressed with her! She looked great and was getting around very well...she was having trouble hearing....but those of us behind the starting blocks helped her out and she had great swims! So very sorry to hear of her passing....

Every year she would send me a self addressed stamped envelope asking for a copy of the USMS and World Records. She would look them over and set her goals for the next year.
What a grand lady with such a smile and a wonderful outlook on life.
