Peter, Screen "freeze ups" can happen if two or more programs are running at the same time. Virus software has a tendency to be a bit of a memory hog...and this is one possible scenario. Otherwise...it could be that your video card could use an update. Video streams should show flow quickly depending on the age of your system...and how much RAM is built in to the overall computer. (However...depending on how many people are using the site...the server can bog down ...and this is the actual cause. ) Val ...and I will in earnest try to find the real video.... if it exists out there. There are videos clips of Roland's swims...but not this one.

I think the clip of the 50 free in Durban is from the 2004 world cup there. It doesn't appear that this year's videos are on the site yet.
