Swimmers are responsible for getting to the Marshalling area on time (it is not just the blocks). If you do not get to the marshalling area in a timely manner, you WILL be scratched or DQ'ed).

PS. 5 second heat interval for diveovers - holy smokes! It practically takes 5 seconds just to give the command to take your marks. I'd bet on 15 seconds as the actual average. But I don't bet :)
