I'm hoping Mike Moore isn't too busy with everything to help out a fellow Pacific Masters member with a logistical question.
Our team will be heading to Stanford with 40 swimmers and we'd like to know if it will be possible to set up canopies for shade somewhere near the venue. Past meets at Stanford have seen us on the open field outside the swim venue. Will this arrangement be possible for this event?
