....what do you guys eat as a pre-workout snack (if anything) to give you the requisite energy without making you bloated or sick to the stomach? Also how far prior to the workout do you have your snack? Thanks, TB

I like a PB (chunky) and J on whole wheat about an hour before practice. Gets me through 3000 or so without a tummy grumble! See Ya Brian
