I'm looking into buying a few swimming DVD's to help me improve my technique. The problem is, there's so many different options! I can spend around $150, so I was thinking about getting one each for back, ***, and fly. If it makes a difference, I'm in college, female, and have summer league/high school experience only. Which series is best and/or which ones should I avoid?

I would agree with that. The 4 strokes is good, although you don't get that much per stroke. I have Amanda Beard's breaststroke one and it's good and obviously there's a lot more on the one stroke. (Although I'm not sure there's as much as the total instruction on the 4 strokes one....)
Personally, I'd recommend getting the 4 strokes first (and maybe one specialty stroke) and then think about the others. But that's just me... either way, the Go swim's are decent videos.
