Parking at World's 12.00 a day?

Someone just posted this on the forum From the Stanford parking website: "One-day "Visitor" scratcher permits (which allow parking in Pay & Display lots and at meters), available for $12 each at the P&TS office (open weekdays 7:30 a.m. -5 p.m.)." So, unless the LOC has made special arrangements you can plan on $12/day for parking, and hope that space is available once you pay for the parking pass. You've got to be kidding me..... If it's 12.00 dollars a day that is so unfair..... I don't think I'll be able to afford going to the pool except on competition days. I think my motel is 2 miles away..... Looks like I'm walking....... I love getting taken advantage of. - Note: I remember now.... Orginally I had called the college and was told it was free...... I'm going back to my notes.... This is so unacceptable........

Maybe someone form the forum team could ask someone from the meet management team and then post their reply… That way at least we can plan what kind of cash we need to have for this. I talked to Michael Moore about this a while ago and at that time the LOC did not have a definitive answer.
