I'm pretty new to Masters so maybe I missed a memo, but I was under the impression that there were assigned sets for a reason. If you want to spend the entire practice doing 50 free sprints please don't yell at me for slowing you down when I do the assigned kick/drill/pull set. I check at every wall if someone is close behind I let them pass. If someone taps my toes mid lap I let them pass. If you're going to sit there stewing and not alert me to your presence my thinking is tough cookies!
