    That or not working out consistently... I can't believe how many folks don't understand that it takes more than 2 or 3times a week to be "consistent". You can do alot with 6000yards a week as long as you're doing the right things with those yards. I would be the personified argument against your particular statement. To a point you're right, but only because the people that have to ask how to be fast don't know what the "right things" are.
