That's his SCM time in a 25 meter pool. His LCM time is around 18 minutes....is what he claims.
Unlikely. That would put him top 10 to top 5 for most age groups, among some serious swimmers. Tell him to put up or shut up. No 2 year swimmer is doing that I don't think.
