The one thing working against me is the lack of starting blocks at our pool. So, I have to go to another pool from time to time to practice starts off the blocks.
Our pool has blocks but "insurance regulations" prohibit anyone from using them unless they're on a team, and since there's no Masters teams at our Y. . .
