the weather gets hot, and suddenly the pool is filled with pseudo-swimmers that doggie paddle across the pool in their knee length shorts with big pockets, oblivious to all lap swimming unwritten rules about picking lanes with swimmers of the same speed >.'m not a runner but I know better than to jog on the inside of the track when committed runners are working out).
