As for relays, ours are deck entered and the only req is the swimmer must be on the roster that gets exchanged the Friday before the meet.
4 coaches ain't enough. Not for 200+ swimmers. Not a chance.
Since the league is limited to a single county, the max travel is about 30 minutes or so. I always wondered what it would like from the air on Saturday mornings between 7:30 and 8:00. 42 caravans of vehicles criss crossing the county (we have 84 teams currently).
