More like an insecure one. But the HC is the one in charge.
So I work with those kids who want some additional help. Usually the ones 12 and younger. Help is whatever they want to work on. Starts, turns, stroke technique, strategy, whatever. It's about 8-10 kids who are consistently seeking help. After 3 seasons, I think most of them are starting to realize that I have a pretty good idea what I'm doing.
