Rob- CONGRATULATIONS! So exciting :groovy: :woot:  (I'm getting all weepy thinking how proud you must be)
Alas, at the other end of the swimming spectrum- Brenna was behind the blocks not once, but twice, and "chickened" out. I don't know if that's really the right phrase with a 4 year old... oh, well maybe next year. On a different note, that next day, in our backyard she dove! and then was diving for diving sticks and wearing goggles. What's the saying? When a door closes, a window's open somewhere!!!
I'm still proud of her because she can swim free and back really well :agree:
My Mom told me about how I once took 4 minutes to dive in for a 25 freestyle.
Age groupers still ask me if my Swedish goggles hurt because they don't have padding or if they fall off. I wouldn't wear them if they fell off.
