First off you’ll make $$$$ in the settlement with the gym for providing a known dangerous environment, second the repercussions around the overheated pool world may get pool managers to lower the temperature a couple degrees or third it will cause the gyms to ban lap swimming and we will have more to rant about. A win-win-win.
