It really is a fun sport to watch, with the ever changing conditions, race strategies and the scenic views. I'm sick about the whole thing, it's like these dips***s can't stop themselves.
It's all due to the "win/win/win" mentality instilled into so many sports figures and cultures; where second place is NOT having won a Silver but is having lost a Gold; where "winning ugly"* is more important than losing with grace and style; where participation (even in the Olympics) is not in and of itself an honour.......... etc.........
