Has anyone ever had any trouble with ankle? Front part of the ankle?
Im experianceing pain in that place lately. The only conection that Im able to make is swimming related. I think that something is going on in that place while swimming. Not sure what.
Can you injure that part of the body while swimming?
Maybe kicking?
I guess that those two muscles in the front of the lower leg have something to do with it.
Has anyone had any kind of similiar injury with ankle at this place
or other?

The fronts of my ankles hurt the kind of hurt that feels good when you stretch, if that makes sense. I think it's swimming related, but haven't a clue what causes it.
Foot cramps...
Never had a foot cramp, had cramps in the calf when playing waterpolo from jumping off the bottom and trying to hide it from the referee. Foot cramps usually come from forcing the foot to point. The ankle and foot should be relaxed and not in a forced to point. The flexing and pointing should come naturally - flippity flip natural.

I think it IS related to kicking
and YES I have been kicking a lot
So I thought maybe someone had experienced something similiar
