Pool time at Worlds on non-race days

The World Championships will be a long meet spread over many days. I have a couple of free days between my races, as I am sure many others do too. Obviously we need to get in the water to practice/warm-up on these days. While at the USMS Nationals in Coral Springs I heard we will not be able to use the facilities at Avery Aquatic Center if we are not racing on that particular day. If that is true, where will we be able to swim (preferably in a LC pool) on our non-race days?

Those are some of the reasons I have decided not to attend Worlds. Although a difficult decision, I feel I would not be able to swim my best out there. For me, length of time meet is to long for me to hold a good taper. Too many people and chaos of fighting for a good warmup and only being able to swim 5 events rather than the normal 6. Instead, I have opted to swim in a big USS meet 2nd week in July that I will use as my shave and taper meet. 6 events plus finals in evening gives me many swims over a 3 day period. I am not a big fan of long course, mainly because I do not train in a long course pool. However, times I have swam this summer unshaved and not tapered I think would have placed me ok. Times I have done thus far in 50 meter long course this season, 40-44 yr age 50 free - 25.8 100 free 57.1 200 free 2:05.3 400 free 4:24.50 1500 free 17:50 100 fly 1:00.12 200 fly 2:17.2 I guess another question I have is how can you and how do you go about submitting times from a USS meet to USMS to see if your in the top 10? Best of luck to everyone at Worlds, greg
