Swim smooth. I just found it. I have a new hero: Bill Kirby. I was just amazed,really. Now that I'm learning what to look for in good form, I watch him with awe.
So, anyway, do any of you own that DVD and is it worth the 60 bucks??? Seems steep, but if it's beneficial, then I smell a birthday present for ME! :)
